29 April > 18 July: Monday to Friday > 10.00 am to 6.00 pm and Saturday > 11.00 am to 4.00 pm - (Closed Sundays and public holidays)

19 July > 18 August: daily > 10.00 am to 9.30 pm

Accessibility

For people with reduced mobility, specific seats are available at the booking stage at all of our venues. Please get in touch with our box office staff.

Parc du Château de Florans: Reserved and guarded car park and a free electric shuttle service has been set up for transport between the car park and the seating.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (extract)

• Tickets will be neither refunded nor changed on any grounds whatsoever.
• As the programme is given by way of mere indication, changes may be made in the distribution of the performers and the works performed as the season progresses. In this case, tickets cannot be either exanged or refunded.
• If you are ordering your tickets by phone or mail and would like them posted to you, a €1
  postage fee will be charged.
• Music lovers are kindly requested to check the concert dates, times and venues on their tickets.
• We recommend planning your arrival. Under the Vigipirate security plan, the Festival is applying preventative measures determined by the Prefecture and the Police. Consequently, inspections including entry screening and bag checks will be carried out across all our sites. Any bulky or intrusive objects representing a danger to yourself or others will therefore be forbidden.
